Mount Vernon Physical Therapy (MVPT) participates with the following insurance companies. As a courtesy, we will file claims with non-participating companies as well. If your insurance company is not listed below, or if you have any questions, please call our office at 571-481-4547 for additional information and office policies. Note that some insurance companies do not ALWAYS have their list updated on their websites, so you may have to call and find out if we do take your insurance.
